Participants
- There will be 10 separate official World Championship Tournaments:
- Juniors Boys Open (B19) - boys born 1st of January 2006 or later.
- Juniors Girls (G19) - girls born 1st of January 2006 or later.
- Cadets Boys Open (B16) - boys born 1st of January 2009 or later.
- Cadets Girls (G16) - girls born 1st of January 2009 or later.
- Mini Cadets Boys Open (B13) - boys born 1st of January 2012 or later.
- Mini Cadets Girls (G13) - players born 1st of January 2012 or later.
- Hopes Boys Open (B10) - boys born 1st of January 2015 or later.
- Hopes Girls (G10) - girls born 1st of January 2015 or later.
- Young Stars Boys Open (BYS) - boys born 1st of January 2017 or later.
- Young Stars Girls (GYS) - girls born 1st of January 2017 or later.
- Girls are allowed to play in open groups.
- Maximal number of players from one country/region in the same group in classical draughts is 3 plus optionally 1 sponsor place (see p. 8)
- Organizer gets one extra place in each category, can add a player to a group to make even number of players and can also use a sponsor place (see p. 8). Maximum 6 players in each category may represent organizer.
- Sponsor places: 10 places per country/region (one in each category). Amount for one place is equal 200 € (to be paid to direct organizer). Additionally, players need to pay competition fee and cost of accommodation. Federation interesting in must send a document before September 1st (email: TDY:

Disciplines
- Classical draughts with games rate:
- Groups B19, G19, B16, G16 - 90’ for first 45 moves and after + 30’ + 30”/move (Fischer)
- Groups B13, G13, B10, G10 – 80’ + 60’’/move (Fischer)
- Groups BYS, GYS – 90’ + 30’’/move (Fischer)
- Rapid with games rate: 15’ + 5’’/move (Fischer)
- Blitz with games rate: 5’ + 3’’/move (Fischer)
Technical details
- Number of rounds to be confirmed by the main referee in the technical meeting.
- The official software Draughts Arbiter will be used.
National/Regional team classification
- The national/regional team classification is based on individual results of players representing their national/regional federation.
- The best 3 players from one country/region in the final classification obtain points in each age group, the calculation is done by percentage score + bonus points for top 10 places (bonus points exactly like in World Cup: 1st - 100, 2nd - 70, ..., 10th - 20). Example - 6 points out of 9 rounds and 21st place gives 33 points for the country/region. 1st place with 15 points gives 183 points (100 + 83).
- There will be separate classifications in classic, blitz and rapid championships, in each classification results of boys and girls groups will be counted together
Competition fee
- Competition fee (according to FMJD Internal Regulations): Classic 25 €, Rapid 10 €, Blitz 10 €

- September 15th it is a deadline to pay competition fee.
Accommodation
- Hotel charges (with breakfast/dinner/supper):
- Total amount per person per day (in double or larger rooms) is equal:
- 50 € for player
- 55 € for accompanying person
- Price for single room: 70 € per person per day. Number of single rooms is limited.
- Free hospitality (paid by the organisers)
- for each 3rd player from the same federation in the group. Means – if 1 or 2 players in the group – all must pay; if 3 players in the group, one place is for free.
- If federation did not get free places on the condition above - then one player from whole delegation will be for free.
- Means – at least one competitor from each federation will receive a free hotel.
- Free places are only available to federations that have no debt to FMJD

- October 1st it is a deadline to pay.
- Accommodation is possible only in the hotel provided by organizer. Entry to the playing venue is not possible for those who lives in another places.
- Payment in cash can be made but it cost 10€ extra per person and it must be agreed in advance with organizer by email.

One person who will be present during the event, must be nominated in this application as a Chief of delegation.
